What is SAP ?

 
       SAP (System Applications and Product in Data Processing) is a table driven customization software. It makes rapid changes in the business requirements of the businesses with common set of programs.The table driven customization are driving the program functionality instead of those complicate-coded programs. Newly implemented business requirements can be quickly tested with the programs. The main advantage of using SAP is that it have high integration levels compared to the individual applications.

History of SAP

       
         SAP was founded in 1972 by Wellenreuther , Hoop , Hector , Plattner and Tschira. It was renamed in 1977 as System Applications and Product in Data Processing , before it was Systems Analysis and program development. SAP is the name of the company as well as their ERP product.
